Purchases from our online store are considered final and requests for refunds will only be handled on a case-by-case basis.
For orders indicated for store pickup, we expect and encourage all customers to exercise due diligence and check all their purchases on pickup to ensure that everything is in order. This is also the main window through which a refund can be negotiated in extenuating circumstances (i.e. condition is not as declared on the webstore etc) - once you pickup your purchase and leave the store, further requests for refunds will not be entertained.
For orders sent through shipping, do kindly provide photos of both the card(s) and the mail packaging to support any requests you might have. You can drop us a message on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/gameshavensg to request for a refund. Our shipping policy (also with a link at checkout) outlines our disclaimers for damage as a result of the shipping method and subsequent handling.
